Apple cider vinegar (ACV) is made in a similar way to the apple tree that has rotated in the garden during early adolescence. First, you can extract juice from fresh apples and add yeast, which ferments and turns into alcohol. Then, after adding the bacteria, the alcohol is converted to acetic acid, vinegar.
When the vinegar is cooked, it creates a bacterial foam called “mother” that contains bacteria and concentrated enzymes that give the ACV its supposed health validity. It is said that this magical stimulant promotes weight loss, improves heart health, controls blood sugar and strengthens bones and teeth.

Despite grandmother’s claims, there is little evidence to support the theory that ACV every day will help you reduce the size of the dress overnight.
But not all the bad news. Some findings suggest that alcoholic beverages (ACV) have characteristics that can support your weight loss efforts, combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise.
